The 2nd Vioxx Trial is Humeston, and this afternoon, Judge Higbee denied Merck's Motion to prohibit video/live broadcasts from the courtroom during the Humeston Vioxx trial set to start next week.
My comment: Will this case settle? With this development, it to me looks like it may - after jury selection.
