Vioxx: Plaintiff takes the stand today (8/4/05)
The plaintiff is expected to take the stand today (8/4/05) in the Texas state court trial. Yesterday her her daughter took the stand. The Plaintiff's daughter Shawna Sherrill wept on the stand Wednesday as she described the impact of her stepfather's death on her mother. "The night Bob died, we lost my mom, too," said Sherrill to the jury, according to Lanier.
