Last month (June) Judge Carol E. Higbee, J.S.C. ordered the case Humeston v. Merck set for jury selection on September 12, 2005. This is the first Vioxx case to be set for trial in the Superior Court of New Jersey under the Vioxx Mass Tort group of cases.
